Our high-speed network provides voice and data access to city facilities serving all departments. The network includes ISDN, fiber optic, Ethernet, and dial-up, connecting over 20 locations in Leon, Wakulla and Gadsden counties.
Telecommunications
Our voice systems include telephones and phone mail systems for all city offices, including IVR Support for automated citizen services and management for cellular and paging services for city employees.
Desktop & Application Support
The centralized "Systems One Stop" Help Desk Operations center provides technical assistance for city employee. The help desk provides troubleshooting and technical support for over 2000 desktop and mobile computers including operating system, application, and office automation applications, plus internal email and scheduling services. This center is staffed during business hours, and can be reached at 850 891-8855.
