*Notes
- Senior Citizen: ASC considers a senior citizen to be 55 years and older.
- Pocket Animals: Small birds, rodents, hamsters, and guinea pigs.
- Spay/Neuter Deposit: Animals must be sterilized within 30 days of reclaim from the ASC to apply for a refund on spay/neuter deposit.
- Proof of sterilization must be provided to the ASC, who will request a refund from the City. Customers must pay all fees up front, at the time of reclaiming their animal. The City will mail the refund directly to the customer.
- Proof of sterilization is the original receipt from the veterinarian who performed the surgery. Receipt must have name and contact information of animal hospital on it.

- Impound Fees: Starts the day the animal arrives at the ASC.
- Boarding Fees: Are for Mom only, not individual puppies.
