Violent Crimes Response Team Arrest Wanted Felon

TPD's Violent Crimes Response Team (VCRT) was made aware that Jeromy Campbell had several local misdemeanor and felony arrest warrants. One of these warrants included a Federal Hold for "Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon". Officers obtained information that Campbell was currently at the Parkway Square Apartments (2855 Apalachee Pkwy) and could possibly be armed. Upon arriving on scene officers tactically placed Campbell into custody without incident. Officers seized a handgun, shotgun, rifle, $14,222 in US Currency, marijuana, alpha pvp, and multiple items of paraphernalia consistent with the sale of narcotics. Jeromy Campbell was taken to TPD headquarters for questioning and later transported to the Leon County Detention Facility. TPD would like to thank all those who assisted with this case.
