TPD Makes Arrest for West Lafayette Street Shooting

On October 30, 2018 at 8:20 pm., the Tallahassee Police Department responded to 608 West Lafayette Street, reference to numerous calls of gunshots being fired in the area. When officers arrived they observed Deandre Perryman walking toward the incident location. Officers detained Perryman who was found to be in possession of a stun gun and a handgun. Through the investigation it was learned that Perryman shot at two victims due to a prior disagreement. One of the bullets entered into a nearby occupied apartment. Thankfully no one was injured during the incident. Perryman was charged with two counts of Attempted Murder and transported to the Leon County Detention Facility.
